Privacy Notice

Effective 16 October 2026

This notice explains how PIVOT Scientific Solution processes information when you use Zonemeet. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Age is self-declared; Zonemeet does not currently use an independent age or identity verification provider.

Information the service uses

• Account email and sign-in/session records.
• Profile alias, self-declared age, gender, preferences, intention, interests, broad matching area, bio, and optional photo.
• Likes, matches, messages, blocks, reports, contact-sharing requests, and moderation records.
• Subscription and transaction references supplied by payment providers; the app is not designed to store full payment-card details.
• Security data needed to protect sign-in, including a keyed hash of the IP address used for sign-in rate limits.

Why and where information is processed

Information is used to operate accounts, matching, member communications, support, moderation, payment status, and fraud prevention. Zonemeet uses Cloudflare Workers and D1/R2 resources configured in the WEUR region, and Resend to deliver sign-in emails. Public registration uses email sign-in and a self-declared 18+ confirmation. Paid checkout is disabled; no payment is taken through Zonemeet.

Location, photos, and sensitive information

The app uses a selected broad area, not precise GPS or a home address. Uploaded images are stored in the media bucket; metadata removal is implemented for supported image types. Automated media safety scanning is not currently provided. Do not upload intimate, identifying, unlawful, or other people's material without permission.

Cookies and security

The service uses a secure, HttpOnly session cookie and server-side session records. Phone numbers shared by mutual matches are encrypted by the app. We use access controls and security measures intended to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention, export, and deletion

Account export and deletion controls are provided in the member profile area. We retain account and profile information while needed to provide the service and delete it when an account-erasure request is completed, except where information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. Encrypted backups and technical logs may persist for a limited period under our providers' retention systems. Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes; server-side sessions expire after thirty days.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to, restrict, or delete personal information, or complain to your privacy regulator. Use the account controls where available or contact the operator at info@zonemeet.space. Rights and complaint routes depend on applicable law.
